Hi Everyone,
I wanted to post a little bit about puppy care. I have a list of dos and don'ts on my webpage for you to look over. In taking a new Goldendoodle puppy home, it's important to remember that even though they are a large breed dog, they still are a baby for a few more weeks. They've been used to sleeping in a dog pile of warm siblings, and being a baby Goldendoodle, it will be hard to separate from the litter into a new environment. In Idaho, it's can still be cold in the springtime in a kitchen downstairs. Be sure that they are just the right temperature, not too hot or cold. We recommend that they are near you in your bedroom for the first couple of nights and then slowly transition to where you want them to sleep. If your bedroom is upstairs, you can even train them to a pee pad in your bathroom for their early morning potty break and then move it as they grow.
